Criminal defense attorney and Past-President of The Florida Bar, Michelle Suskauer, has been certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Circuit Court Mediator, expanding her role in resolving complex legal disputes across the state.
The certification, effective April 10, 2026, authorizes Suskauer to serve as a mediator in circuit court matters throughout Florida, following the successful completion of the requirements under the Florida Rules for Certified and Court-Appointed Mediators.

Her certification reflects a continued commitment to serving clients and the broader legal community through both advocacy and alternative dispute resolution.
